HOTEL POLICY
DEAR GUESTS, THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING “ARMACO RESIDENCE” FOR YOUR HOLIDAY.
These rules are based on the current Bulgarian legislation.
Children under 7 years of age are not allowed in the hotel.
The hotel does not allow Pets
A video surveillance system operates on the territory of the hotel, excluding restrooms, hotel rooms and the wellness zone. While using the services of the hotel you comply with the video surveillance.
Hotel “Armaco Residence” guarantees to its guests complete confidentiality regarding personal data and stay.
A minimum 2-night stay policy applies to “Armaco Residence” hotel on weekends.
For reservations please confirm the prices and terms of the offer you have received, specifying the room type, number of guests and preferred method of payment/guarantee. In response, you will receive a booking confirmation with bank accounts for advance transfer. If you choose to make the reservation through the reservation form on the hotel website, you can make the payment directly through the website, using a credit or debit card.
Each offer has a validity period and cancellation conditions. Rooms availability is subject to reconfirmation at the time of booking.
Within 3 days after confirmation of the reservation, prepayment of the first night is required for the standard guarantee, 100% for the Promo package of three nights and 100% for the “Christmas” and “New Year” packages.

Credit/Debit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, etc.

In cash, at the hotel reception
All credit card and cash payments are made in BGN (Bulgarian Leva).
Reservations not guaranteed by payment within the specified time period will be considered invalid.
In case of cancellation or no-show
Up to 7 days before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is 100% refunded to the client.
A room charge of one full night for the standard guarantee and 100% for the three-night promotional package is payable 7 days or less before the check-in date. The balance will be refunded to the customer.
During the Christmas and New Year period, the cancellation period without room charge is 60 days or more.
In case of cancellation, no-show, shortening or postponement of the stay of the “Christmas” and “New Year” packages less than 60 days prior to check-in, a room charge of 50% of the value of the requested package is payable. The balance will be refunded to the customer. In the event of cancellation 45 days or less prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be charged.

Check-in and Check-out
Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present a personal registration document. Registration is made scanning of your IDs by a reader same are returned immediately after that.
Guests are responsible for damage of if something is missing in the rooms in which they are accommodated. If damage any damage occurs, it will be assessed and the guest will have to pay for it.
Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 6 months. In case of finding a forgotten item, the hotel team will immediately inform the guest and arrange the return. The courier costs for their return is at the expense of their owners.
Guests must return the keys or key-cards given to the Reception upon check-out. In case of lost cards/keys, they will be charged at Reception at the established rates.
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is no later than 12:00.
In case of late arrival after 18:00, please inform us so that we can reserve a late check-out of the room, confirmed by the Hotel, but not later than 16:00.
If the apartment or room is vacated after 17:00, the guest will be charged the full amount of the room used for another night.
Food & Beverages
Breakfast is served at the main restaurant “Ednorog”:
Breakfast – 08:00 – 10:30 Monday to Sunday;
Meals are based on an A-La carte menu.
It is forbidden to take food and drinks in and out of the hotel restaurants and lobby bar.
Guests checking out early can inform Reception that they would like a packed breakfast for the journey. The hotel will provide it at the requested time, at Reception.
Room Cleaning
Rooms are cleaned daily from 10:00 to 14:00.
Bed linen is changed every three days;
Bathrobes are changed every 3 days and if you need an earlier change, please contact Reception;
Replenishment of hotel supplies is daily;
If you have placed the “Do not disturb me” sign and then wish cleaning, please contact Reception by 16:00.
Laundry and Ironing
Clothes for laundry delivered before 09:00 will be returned to the guest on the same day, by 17:00. In other cases, the service is carried out the next day.
Mini bar
There is a mini bar in each room, which is refilled daily.
Consumption of items from the mini bar is charged according to the price list.
Safe
Each room has a free safe.
Please keep your valuables and documents in the safe.
Items left in the room or on the property are the guest’s responsibility.
Parking
Free parking is available in front of the hotel.
Parking spaces at the hotel cannot be reserved in advance and are subject to availability.
Accommodation of pets
The hotel does not allow pets.
TO ENSURE ORDER AND SAFETY OF THE HOTEL GUESTS, THE FOLLOWING IS NOT PROHIBITED:
Smoking in the rooms and in all indoor areas of “Armaco Residence”. In case of violation, a fee of BGN 200 will be added to the room bill.
Handing over your room key card to others or persons who are not guests of the hotel.
To store materials and objects dangerous to the health and life of others in the rooms.
Removing and moving furniture from rooms.
The violation of generally accepted norms of conduct, aggressive behavior and actions threatening the health and property of others.
Damage to hotel property.
Parking cars at the entrance and exit of the hotel, and in a way that blocks traffic.
Use of hotel equipment and inventory not for its intended purpose, as well as failure to comply with the standards for its normal use.
