Koprivshtitsa Folklore Festival: a system of practices for the presentation and transmission of cultural heritage. In 2016 it was selected as an element of the UNESCO Register of Good Practices for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage.
The Folklore Festival is held in Koprivshtitsa every five years and is the place where thousands of Bulgarians, of all ages, meet to present and share their practices related to intangible cultural heritage, which include numerous elements, from dancing and storytelling, to games and crafts.
