PRIVACY POLICY FOR CLIENTS OF ARMACO HOLIDAYS LTD

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what personal data is processed by the Company and for what purposes, to whom it is provided, what your rights are regarding the processing of your personal data and how you can exercise them.


By staying at our hotel, using the products and services we offer or visiting our website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data (as defined below) and the applicable terms and conditions for doing so.

This Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the Regulation).

GENERAL

In connection with the provision of its services and the performance of its activities, Armaco Holidays EAD (“Armaco Holidays”) processes as the controller the personal data of its customers – individuals, as well as the personal data of other individuals specified below in accordance with the rules and principles set out in this Policy.

DATA SUBJECTS

1. In connection with the services provided, Armaco Solutions processes information about the following Data Subjects:

(a) individuals visiting the website
https://armaco-residence.com/ (Website);

(b) individuals who make reservations on their own behalf or on behalf of another individual or entity through the Website;

(c) natural persons using the services provided by Armaco Residences , including but not limited to hotel accommodation services, catering and related services, the provision of conference and event facilities and the like, and natural persons representing or otherwise acting on behalf of legal persons using such services;

(d) individuals who have made enquiries (including, but not limited to, by email, fax, call, etc.), requests, signals, complaints or other correspondence to Armaco Resources on their own behalf or on behalf of another person they represent;

(e) individuals about whom information is contained in inquiries (including by call), requests, signals, complaints or other correspondence to Armaco Resources;

2. The services of Armaco Solutions may only be requested by persons who are at least 18 years of age.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, “personal data” means any individually identifiable information about a particular person.

The types of personal data we collect may include:

1. In connection with the provision of hotel accommodation services:
(a) Identification data: guest’s name; date of birth; gender; nationality; national identification number (such as SSN for Bulgarian citizens); identity document number; date of issue of identity document; validity of identity documents; country issuing the identity document; signature.

(b) Contact details: telephone; e-mail address; address.

(c) Information related to hotel accommodation: room number; floor; dates of stay (arrival date and departure date); length of stay (number of nights); use of travel package;

2. Data related to financial information, payments and invoicing: payment method information (cash, bank transfer, credit card, etc.); information on payments due and made; information on payment term and overdue/unpaid debts; bank information (bank, IBAN, bank account holder); currency of payment made; credit/debit card number, validity and holder; CVC code; data contained in payment authorisation form; name of legal entity; address of legal entity; VAT number and/or other identification, tax or registration number (SSN for natural persons); authorisation forms (signed).

Digital data- video recordings. This is the data collected by the video surveillance systems used by Armaco Residence in all publicly accessible areas of our hotel (lobby, reception, restaurant, lobby bar, relaxation area, corridors, staircases, entrances) for the purpose of security, surveillance, control and protection of public order.

3. In connection with the services and features of the Website:

(a) Data processed in connection with the booking of hotel accommodation: names; e-mail address; telephone number; country; credit/debit card number, validity and holder; CVC code; number of rooms; number of guests, including number of adults and number of children; corporate code/access code; event and/or group accommodation participant code; booking number; special offers and guest preferences (if explicitly stated on the booking form);

(b) Cookies For the functioning of the Website it is necessary to use cookies. A detailed description of the cookies used, their purpose and the information processed by them.

In relation to customer complaints, applications, requests, applications and signals (including free text): unstructured information contained in the relevant complaints, applications, requests, applications and signals.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

11. There may be other occasions when we will contact you by email, post, telephone or text message depending on the contact details you share with us, we may need to respond to or process requests made by you.

Assisting in the investigation of an offence; and taking action in the event of an emergency which threatens the life, health or safety of a person.

WHEN WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Except with your express consent, we will not sell, license, trade or rent your personal information with others.
We disclose personal information to third parties only in cases where we are expressly required to do so by law, or in the event of an express written order, request, subpoena, court order or other act of a competent governmental authority imposing such an obligation on us.

KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT

We collect personal information about you where we have a legal obligation to do so or where you have voluntarily provided it to us. We usually ask for consent for the use or disclosure of the personal information volunteered at the time it is collected. In certain circumstances, consent may be sought after the information has been collected but before it is actually used (for example, where we wish to use the information for a purpose that could not previously have been identified).


We declare that the personal data collected in the above manner will only be used for legally permissible purposes.
You may withdraw your consent to voluntarily provided personal data at any time, subject to relevant legal and contractual restrictions, and upon providing reasonable prior notice. Our customers should be informed that information and data may be collected automatically through the standard operation of internet servers and the use of cookies. The information and data collected in this way do not constitute personal data within the meaning of the GDPR regulation.

HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL DATA

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that personal data collected from you is protected from loss and/or unauthorised access. This protection shall apply to information stored on electronic and paper media. Access to your personal information is limited to authorized personnel. In addition, we use generally accepted information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptography, to protect personal information against loss and/or unauthorized access.

RETENTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose(s) for which it was collected and within the statutory time limits, and the consent provided by you shall survive the termination of the relationship between us.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time and without notice. The Privacy Statement, together with any periodic updates thereto, posted on this website shall be deemed to be the Privacy and Data Protection Statement in effect at the relevant time.
